Job Description:

Summary:

This position reports to the MAG PEM Section chief. It is mainly responsible for the equipment maintenance of the MAG Power, Signal, and Kaschke production lines, improving the problem points of new production lines and enhancing stability, and solving the current shortage of technical personnel.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities :

  1. Equipment maintenance during the production process of the MAG production line, including fault shutdown repair and preventive maintenance.
  2. The new product The new product line has been released into mass production. The equipment and processes are continuously improving the problem points to enhance stability and efficiency, such as SM91872, planar transformer, Sivantos.
  3. Undertake the equipment for the new product line.
  4. Promote or cooperate in the implementation of improvement suggestions, kaizen event/Blitz, Cost down project.
  5. Compile and revise the maintenance manual
  6. Provide technical support for satellite factories

 

  1. Qualification :
  1. Be familiar with magnetic equipment, process, product & material knowledge..
  2. Be familiar with the functions and operations of production equipment, as well as fault repair and preventive maintenance
  3. Understand the equipment management process and operate in accordance with the process
  4. Pass the skills assessment

 

Education and /or experience

College degree or above, Majored in Mechanical or Mechancial & Electrical Integration

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing skills. Be able to consulted technical documents.

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SKILLS

Be able to work with team and follow kaizen/ 6 sigma to do process, quality and cost continuously improvement.

Study the IATF quality system to understand the quality requirements of the company and automotive customers.

 

ANALYTICAL SKILLS

Understand and Can use 5 Why/ 8D/ FTA tools to analyze and verify root cause, take effective action to improve the problem.

 

TEAM BUILDING SKILLS

Be able to work efficiently with the team. Participate in work cell, Analyze and improve equipment issues

 

REASONING ABILITY

Be able to independently solve various equipment & process quality issues, complete the PDCA cycle and standardization work, including D/T reports, OEE analysis, lessons learned, PFMEA, SOP, etc.

 

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

With strong learning capability, adaptability and work planning skills. Can withstand the work pressure.
