Job Description:

Essential duties and responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  1. At least 10 years working experience in high frequence switching transformer design.
  2. Be familiar with transformer safety standards, such as: IEC-61558-1, UL 612368-1, IEC-60664-1, etc.
  3. Be capable of independently designing various transformers (Fly back, Forward, Push pull, Half bridge, Full bridge, etc.)
  4. Be familiar with new product development procedure APQP, QFD,DFMEA,PFMEA,CP,SOP etc.
  5. Be familiar with CAD or CAXA, 3D drawing program.
  6. Be familiar with IATF16949 requirement, have automotive transformer design experience will be preferred.
  7. Can work independently, patiently, and carefully.

 

Qualification:

  1. Skilled use of 3D software, AutoCAD, skilled in engineering drawings.
  2. Possess basic knowledge of electromagnetics, mechanicals and electricals.
  3. Good command of English, Proficient in Office, CAD and other office software.
  4. Be familiar with IATF16949 requirement and new product development procedures and tools, such as, QFD, DFX, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, SOP etc.
  5. Can work rigorously, patiently, and carefully.
