Job Description:

Summary:

This position reports to MAG ME manager, is accountable for the Planar Transformer, new added Kaschke & phoenix production line process maintenance, process capability improvement, efficiency & yield improvement, cost reduction.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities : include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  1. Participate in new product DR3 & DR4 & DR5. Drive the remaining issues improvement.
  2. Take charge of new equipment & fixture FAIR, pilot run and buy off.
  3. Do daily failure analysis, process capability & yield continuous improvement.
  4. Process change management and PFMEA/ CP/ SOP/ WI optimization.
  5. Responsible for PPH & BOM maintenance.
  6. Participate in work cell continuous improvement projects. Complete kaizen & 6 sigma projects.

 

Qualification :

  1. Be familiar with magnetic process, product & material knowledge..
  2. Master function test & hi-pot test equipment. Can independently do product failure analysis, root cause verification and process improvement.
  3. Passed CET-4, good command of English.
  4. Proficient in Office, Minitab and other office software.
  5. Good command of basic statistical analysis method and QC 7 tools. Can use it for process capability improvement Cpk>1.67.
  6. Better is familiar with IATF16949 Quality System & VDA6.3.

 

Education and /or experience

Bachelor degree or above, major in electronics or mechatronics engineering.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Good command of English in speaking, reading and writing skills. Be able to communicate with foreign customers and suppliers. 

 

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SKILLS

Be able to work with team and follow kaizen/ 6 sigma to do process, quality and cost continuously improvement.

 

ANALYTICAL SKILLS

Can use 5 Why/ 8D/ FTA tools to analyze and verify root cause, take effective action to improve the problem.

 

TEAM BUILDING SKILLS

Be able to work efficiently with the team. Participate in work cell, 6 sigma and kaizen activities.
