Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Act as a liaison between business users and IT, ensuring optimal system design, configuration, testing, and performance.
  • Analyze, configure, and maintain SAP SD and related non-SAP solutions to support manufacturing and sales operations.
  • Conduct complex unit and integration testing across functional areas, from development to production.
  • Troubleshoot, upgrade, and implement functional changes to maximize system performance.
  • Propose and develop new software concepts aligned with corporate goals.
  • Evaluate, analyze, and recommend in-house and third-party solutions to meet short- and long-term business needs.
  • Train and support end-users in SAP Sales & Distribution modules and functionality.
  • Collaborate effectively with process owners, IT teams, and business stakeholders, providing clear communication, progress updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain project and issue tracking in the Service Desk / Help Desk system.
  • Document functional changes and create user-friendly procedures.

 

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in SAP SD modules and related business processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical details into clear business language.
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent English
