Job Description:

Summary:

This position is responsible for project management of magnetics products.

Coordinate and follow up on the project releasing process to meet the overall schedule requirements, ensure the project's schedule, cost and quality goals can be achieved.

 

Essential duties and responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  • Conduct a feasibility analysis for the project
  • Project feasibility analysis, project proposal report.
  • Assist in establishing the project charter.
  • Analyze the project requirements about human resource matrix.
  • Follow up on the progress, cost, quality, risks, etc. of each stage of the project
  • Develop a project management schedule, cost plan, quality plan, etc.
  • Organize project risks, prepare a risk analysis matrix and update the response plans
  • Guide the work of the project team members, establish detailed sub-plans for the project
  • Coordinate the work of project team members
  • Compile and summarize project costs, budget control
  • Organize reviews of changes in the project process, establish change logs and change review records.
  • Confirm that the project scope and deliverables have been completed and prepare for project closure.
  • Compile the project report.
  • Gather lessons learned, create and update the shared knowledge base.
  • Archive project documents and materials and retain organizational process assets.

 

Qualification :

  • Familiar with APQP procedure.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Work Experience: More than 5 years of experience in an electronics factory and more than 3 years of experience in project management.
  • Foreign Language Requirements (Listening, Reading, Writing Skills): Fluent in English.
  • Office Software: Familiar with Microsoft Office
  • Personality Traits: Able to work independently, with good communication and coordination skills
  • Other: Familiar with IATF16949 & ISO9001; having Lean Six Sigma theory and practical experience is preferred
