Job Description:

Summary:

This position reports to Power PDE Principal engineer; it is accountable for the MAG power magnetic product design.

Essential duties and responsibilities: include the following, other duties may be assigned:

  1. Participate in project feasibility study, participate in project design.
  2. Responsible for the design of new product according to the design requirements.
  3. Participate in the evaluation of new product parts.
  4. Assist senior design engineers in completing related work.
  5. Design and development of modified and derivative products.
  6. PDE Engineering test data statistics analysis.
  7. Competitive product analysis

Qualification:

  1. Skilled use of 3D software, AutoCAD, skilled in engineering drawings.
  2. Possess basic knowledge of electromagnetics, mechanicals and electricals.
  3. Good command of English, Proficient in Office, CAD and other office software.
  4. Be familiar with IATF16949 requirement and new product development procedures and tools, such as, QFD, DFX, DFMEA, PFMEA, CP, SOP etc. 
  5. Can work rigorously, patiently, and carefully.
