Maintaining high customer satisfaction is the key responsibility of our back office teams in Veszprém. We are handling all arising requests regarding our products for all European markets - taking price offers, monitoring market trends, supporting our sales colleagues (Inside Sales team), administering orders, handling aleatory complaints (Customer Service team). And keeping daily contact with our customers and distributors, analyzing and explaining sales related data, trends, and creating various reports (Sales Data team).
In order to better fulfill our European customers’ needs we are seeking a Inside Sales Representative at the EMEA Sales HQ in Veszprém.
INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE
ON A DAILY BASIS YOU WILL:
- Handle requests for various customers/distributors of your assigned area,
- Handle price requests, contracts and other internal reports,
- Proactively support the Area Sales Manager in the territory you will be responsible for,
- Follow-up quotations, opportunities
YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF:
- You have degree in commercial discipline or equivalent education
- You have the ability to work independently, to prioritize projects, multitask and meet deadlines
- You are an easily accessible and very open, communicative person
- You have a highly service oriented attitude
- Fluency in English is a must for this position (German language knowledge is an advantage)
- You have SAP knowledge is an advantage
