📌 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage and process customer orders, changes, returns and sample requests
✔ Handle SAP exceptions, monitor backlogs, resolve issues with factories
✔ Maintain close cooperation with sales, customers, and internal departments
✔ Create credit/debit notes, handle complaints, expedite and stock-related tasks
✔ Analyze service performance, generate reports
✔ Participate in training and workshops
✔ Lead and coach the customer service team, conduct performance reviews, support recruitment and onboarding
💡 Who You Are:
✅ You are experienced in customer service and SAP
✅ You have strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Fluent in English (written and spoken)
✅ Skilled at working cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
✅ Comfortable with leading a team
