Job Description:

Nombre del Puesto: Ingeniero Técnico en Mantenimiento (DP-048-II)

Área o Departamento(s): Ingeniería

I.               DESCRIPCION DEL PUESTO:

Aplica procedimientos de mantenimiento  preventivo  y correctivo así como repara equipo diverso. Debe recomendar cambios en diseño para mejora de eficiencia y control del scrap.

II.             REPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO:

  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo.
  • Reparar equipo, Mecánico y Eléctrico.
  • Desarrollar diseños de equipo y fixturas para reducción de scrap, y mejorar la eficiencia.
  • Desarrollo de pokayokes
  • Realizar  ajustes y programación de máquinas y equipos.
  • Aplicar diariamente la cultura de Manufactura Esbelta, 5’Ss, etc.

III.            AUTORIDAD DEL PUESTO:

  • Detener cualquier proceso de producción o administrativo que pudiera atentar contra la integridad de las personas, productos o bienes de la empresa, incluyendo equipos e instalaciones.
  • Detener cualquier proceso de producción que sea sospechoso o haya sido confirmado, de generar productos que no cumplan con nuestros estándares de calidad.
  • Detener cualquier actividad, sustancia, producto, proceso cuando se

detecte que ocasione un impacto ambiental directo o que incumpla algún

requisito de cumplimiento.

IV.           RECURSOS / HERRAMIENTAS / EQUIPO / PROGRAMAS NECESARIOS PARA LA EJECUCION DE LAS RESPONSABILIDADES:

De acuerdo con sus funciones utilizará: Computadora, Herramienta y Software necesarios para desarrollar sus actividades diarias.

Este puesto requiere el uso de Equipo de protección Personal de acuerdo a la hoja de seguridad y dependiendo del área de trabajo.

 

V.             COMPETENCIAS Y HABILIDADES:

 

  • Ética (Reglamento Interior de Trabajo).
  • Metodología de la calidad (procedimientos de calidad)
  • Calidad del Trabajo(Uso y mantenimiento de herramienta-operación y mantenimiento de maquinaria y equipo)

VI.           EDUCACION Y EXPERIENCIA REQUERIDA

Educación: Se requiere estudios/carrera de Ingeniería.

Experiencia laboral: Preferentemente 1  año de experiencia en puesto similar.

VII.         CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS

Conocimientos en Interpretación y actualización en diagramas eléctricos, neumáticos y electromecánico, seguridad industrial y habilidades para entender los  manuales de la maquinaria y equipo.

 

se anexa parrafo estandar en conocimientos: De acuerdo con funciones asignadas que está llevando debe tener conocimiento en la Norma IATF-16949, ISO 14001 Y AS9100 Aeroespacial.

 

Conocimiento en los procedimientos, manuales e instructivos aplicables al puesto.

VIII.        REQUERIMIENTOS DE SEGURIDAD, HIGIENE, SALUD Y MEDIO AMBIENTE

Conocimiento en la identificación de aspectos e impactos ambientales, cumplimiento con la legislación ambiental, de salud y seguridad que aplique a cada área y conocimiento en la política de seguridad, salud y medio ambiente.
