- BASIC PURPOSE:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales of electronics products, magnetics, passive products. This individual will be responsible for penetrating the market, building relationships with key customers, and driving sales growth with distributors in Taiwan.
- DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES (End Results Expected):
- The Sr. Account Sales Manager need to identify and capitalize on Sales Opportunities: Proactively seek out and evaluate sales opportunities for Bourns products
- Cultivate Key Customer Relationships: Foster strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers and other industry leaders to ensure preference and loyalty.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to gain insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes, utilizing this data to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Teams: Work in tandem with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute targeted sales campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Manage Sales Pipeline and Achieve Targets: Generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and monitor progress to ensure quarterly and annual sales targets are met.
- Formally reports territory’s distribution and key accounts activities on a monthly basis.
