Job Description:

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Responsible for executing the testing tasks of various products, familiar with the testing methods, setting up and executing the tests. Prepare test summary and reports for review by Reliability Engineers. Handle basic trouble shooting for the abnormality of equipment.

 

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

Execute annual reliability monitoring test (RATP) for MF product line.

Execute qualification tests for new product development and material/process changes.

Execute safety test for UL/TUV/CSA certification.

Execute OQC (out going quality check) for BXL product line before the shipment.

Execute AEC-Q200 testing for Automotive customers.

Basic maintenance of testing instruments, chambers and equipment.

Execute special testing for test requests from product lines other than Multifuse.

 

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

Able to work independently, with strong communication and coordination skills.

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SCHEDULING AND PLANNING:

Good at time management, be able to evaluate priorities of testing and make appropriate adjustment on job assignments etc.

 

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Graduated from junior college or above.

Capable of reading English and using Excel & Word software.

Have worked as a quality assurance experience or similar job for more than one year.

Basic knowledge of computers is required.

Well know product features.

Relevant experience supplemented by OJT/internal/external training

Only those who have received training in test methods & test equipment operation and have been qualified can hold this position

Electronic and Electrical background is preferred.
