Job Description:

SUMMARY OF POSITION

Technicians are mainly responsible for assisting in the production of new product development and related test analysis. In addition, they are also required to receive education and training on related test equipment and provide engineers with digitalized test reports.

 

DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

To provide support to engineers in the construction of preliminary samples.

To assist in analyzing competitors' samples

To assist engineers with application experiments

To independently operate related instruments and equipment.

To produce related documentation and digital operations.

The role will involve learning to operate new equipment through training.

Other duties as assigned

 

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

Ability to communicate with coworkers, manufacturing team, quality lab., and sales team.

Having a creative mindset, finding innovative and different ways to create/design products.

Good teamworking skills

Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment, with willingness for some travel

 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT, SCHEDULING AND PLANNING

Good time management and project skills. Be able to evaluate priorities, plan schedule and make appropriate adjustments to meet project target on time.

 

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS

Graduated from junior college or above.

 

Capable of reading English and using Excel & Word software

Have worked as a quality assurance experience or similar job for more than one year

Basic knowledge of computers is required

Relevant experience supplemented by OJT/internal/external training

Electronic and Electrical background is preferred
