Job Title: HR Development Leader

Location:  Manzel bouzelfa

 

Job Summary:

Develop and manage the execution of the annual training plan & implementation the necessary training actions for the development of human potential

Key Responsibilities:

•          Actively participate in developing HR strategy and its execution.

•           Actively participate in organizational development projects

•           Conduct meetings to identify training needs with the various departments.

•           Validate training needs with management.

•           Ensure the implementation of the training plan.

•           Ensure the logistics of the internal and external training.

•           Coordinate with training organizations the planning and the training program to be       provided.

•           Provide improvement proposals for all areas of his activities.

•           Ensure the development and monitoring of training indicators.

•           Ensure compliance with environmental, hygiene and safety standards.

•           Alert in case of environmental/security incident

•           Propose improvements to the management system, environment and safety.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

•          Master's degree or engineer

          7 years in a similar position (with experience in team management)
