Job Description:

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

Coordinate and supervise the various activities of the materials, chemicals and finished product warehouse area, as well as carry out control of the inventories of the area in charge. In addition, execute the supervision of the area personnel, as well as the procedures to meet the requirements of internal and external clients, objectives of the area and the company.

 

POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • Ensure compliance with established operational and quality assurance procedures, in a timely and effective manner to achieve customer and organizational requirements.
  • Guard the merchandise in all warehouses until delivery to the internal customer for use in the different processes or the shipment of finished product to customers.
  • Ensure control of inventories so that the physical and the SAP record coincide.
  • Investigate and analyze the root cause of inventory inconsistencies, as well as propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid the recurrence of discrepancies.
  • Ensure the timely purchase and delivery of subassemblies from the manufacturing areas, and delivery to the final assembly areas.
  • Comply with the schedule for shipping products to customers according to the specifications and documentation required by the customer or consolidated.
  • Support the management necessary to resolve material containment.
  • Supervise and guide staff in compliance with established regulations. Timely attend to the resolution of conflicts related to personnel.
  • Provide the necessary tools for training and training.
  • Guarantee the behaviors and conditions of a safe environment. Including health, safety and environmental aspects.
  • Ensure compliance with all the elements of a 6's program.
  • Maintain the indicators of your work area in accordance with the established goals.
  • Support continuous improvement processes.
  • Promptly communicate any deviation from the standard, as appropriate.
  • Hold periodic meetings (1:1) throughout the year to follow up on the tasks and concerns of the staff in charge, correct deviations and make timely decisions.
  • Evaluate and guarantee the performance evaluation process of the personnel in charge, in the established period and through the Company's evaluation model and policy, in order to know the level of compliance in a timely manner with the proposed objectives and goals. in the area.
  • Guarantee that its personnel in charge comply with the Internal Work Regulations and the policies established by the Organization regarding punctuality, conduct, discipline; among others, as well as managing any anomaly that arises.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION

Academic training:

Industrial Engineer or related degree.

Additional training:

Basic knowledge in chemical management

Materials management and materials administration.

 

Basic knowledge and Application of ISO Standards (Desirable)

English B1.

DESIRABLE SKILLS

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience in similar responsibilities.

Management of load moving equipment (Desirable)

Software:

Advanced knowledge of Office Windows environment.

Knowledge of SAP system
