Job Description:

TÉCNICO MECÁNICO

Locación: Heredia, Costa Rica

 

OBJETIVO DELPUESTO

Garantizar la disponibilidad del equipo y sus facilidades mediante el aporte técnico (mecánico o electrónico) en labores relacionadas con ingeniería de mantenimiento, elaboración de partes, repuestos e ingeniería de proyectos, con el fin de minimizar los tiempos caídos y lograr los objetivos del área.

 

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Ejecutar labores técnicas especializadas en ajuste, calibración, verificación, reparación, mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y depuración de equipos para el proceso productivo.
  • Brindar mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y/o predictivo de manera oportuna, con el fin de minimizar el tiempo caído.
  • Desarrollar los Planes de Trabajo basado en los indicadores de OEE de las áreas a su cargo.
  • Seguir los procedimientos establecidos para cumplir los requisitos del cliente.
  • Completar los documentos que se requieren para el control del proceso de mantenimiento.
  • Implementar control sobre repuestos y/o su ensamble de su área de trabajo.
  • Comunicar oportunamente a su jefe inmediato, cuando se presenten problemas en el puesto de trabajo.
  • Trabajar en coordinación con producción, manufactura entre otros, con respecto a las actividades relativas a los soportes que los departamentos prestan.       
  • Realizar otras tareas afines que le designe la jefatura inmediata. 

 

REQUISITOS:

  • Técnico en Mecánica de Precisión y/o afín (Colegio Vocacional / INA)
  • De 3 a 5 años de experiencia en funciones similares

Conocimientos adicionales en:

  • Interpretación de Planos
  • Aplicación de Normas ISO (deseable)
  • Herramientas Office
  • Sistemas Neumáticos
  • Equipos de Medición
  • Líneas de Producción automáticas.
