Job Title: Entry-Level Design Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Design Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop and improve our Fixed Resistor products. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience to kickstart their careers in design engineering and the electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the design and development of new products and components.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to conduct design reviews and implement feedback.
  • Perform testing and analysis to ensure product performance and reliability, in accordance with various industry standards (AEC Q-200, PPAP, etc).
  • Support the preparation of technical documentation and reports.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving design-related issues.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in design engineering.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, particularly SolidWorks and PTC Creo.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • English Level C1

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or project experience in design engineering.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Experience working with electronics design and/or testing
  • Experience with designing test fixturing and test equipment
  • Experience in a factory or workplace producing automotive-grade components.
